摘　　要：在新阶段、新理念、新格局下,构建一种新的高校毕业生就业支持体系非常必要,有利于解决高校毕业生就业难的问题,有利于提高高校毕业生的职业成熟度,有利于提升高校毕业生的就业质量。针对目前高校毕业生就业支持体系存在的自我支持不够积极主动、学校支持不够系统全面、社会支持不够协同畅通的主要问题,该文提出激发就业内在动力、强化就业组织引导、加强就业统筹推进的高校毕业生就业支持体系构建策略。In the new stage,new concept,and new situation,it is necessary to build a new employment support system for college graduates,which is conducive to solving the problem of their difficult employment,improving their career maturity and the quality of their employment.In view of the main problems in the current employment support system for college graduates,such as less proactive self-support,less systematic school support,and less coordinated and smooth social support,it is proposed to stimulate the internal motivation of employment,strengthen the organization and guidance of employment,and strengthen the overall promotion of employment,in order to build an employment support system for college graduates.
