摘  要:于2019年7月和12月,在南四湖设置了14个采样点,开展了野外浮游植物采样调查,研究南四湖的浮游植物群落结构特征及其与环境因素的关系。研究结果表明,在14个采样点,共鉴定出109种浮游植物,隶属7门21目;浮游植物群落的优势物种共有18种,包括7种蓝藻门物种、5种绿藻门物种、4种硅藻门物种和2种隐藻门物种;7月与12月的浮游植物群落组成、细胞丰度和生物量都存在明显差异,7月的浮游植物群落细胞总丰度的平均值为9.330×10^(6)cells/L,12月的浮游植物群落细胞总丰度的平均值为2.456×10^(6)cells/L;7月,微山湖、独山湖、南阳湖和昭阳湖的水体都为β-中污染水体;12月,其水体分别为轻度污染、β-中污染、轻度污染和β-中污染水体;7月,水温和水体中氨氮含量是南四湖浮游植物群落结构的主要影响因素;12月,水体中的溶解氧含量和总磷含量是南四湖浮游植物群落结构的主要影响因素。In July and December 2019, 14 sampling sites were set up in Nansi Lake. Field phytoplankton sampling survey were carried out to study the characteristics of phytoplankton community structure and its relationship with environmental factors. The results showed that a total of 109 species of phytoplankton were identified in 14 sampling sites, belonging to 7 phyla and 21 orders. There were 18 dominant species in phytoplankton community, including 7 species of Cyanophyta, 5 species of Chlorophyta, 4 species of Bacillariophyta and 2 species of Cryptophyta. There were significant differences in collected data of phytoplankton community composition, cell abundance and biomass in July and December. The average total cell abundance of phytoplankton community was 9.330×10^(6)cells/L in July, while that in December was 2.456×10^(6)cells/L. In July, Weishan Lake, Dushan Lake, Nanyang Lake and Zhaoyang Lake were all β-moderately polluted. In December, the water of the four lakes were slightly polluted, β-moderately polluted, mildly polluted and β-moderately polluted, respectively. In July, water temperature and ammonia nitrogen content were the main influencing factors of phytoplankton community structure in Nansi Lake. In December, the dissolved oxygen content and total phosphorus content in water were the main influencing factors of phytoplankton community structure in Nansi Lake.
