摘　　要：通过调研西部欠发达地区(以陕南地区为例)的鲜肉供应,分析了该地区鲜肉供应的现状,并结合现阶段发展的实际,提出了因地制宜发展高效农业养殖、整合资源开展集中屠宰加工、集约便捷发展创新储藏运输、富农惠农发展本土鲜肉销售的应对策略,以期为保障西部欠发达地区的鲜肉供应,提供理论依据和决策参考。The fresh meat supply in the underdeveloped areas of western China(taking southern Shaanxi as an example)was investigated,and the current situation of fresh meat supply in this area was analyzed,and combining with the actual development at this stage,the coping strategiesof high-efficiency agricultural breedingdevelopment according to local conditions,resources integrationto carry out centralized slaughtering and processing,intensive and convenient developmentof innovative storage and transportation,and rich farmers benefitfarmersto develop local fresh meat saleswere put forward,theaim was to ensure the fresh meat supply in the undeveloped areas of western China,and it provided theoretical basis and decision-making reference.
