基于数据挖掘研究陈学奇教授治疗产后身痛用药规律

摘　　要：目的采用数据挖掘的方法研究浙江妇科流派之陈木扇女科陈学奇老中医诊治产后身痛病的用药规律。方法查阅并筛选身后身痛医案,对处方进行录入,分析用药规律及常用处方的药物特点。结果共筛选处方494条,使用频次较多的前5味中药依序是:白芍、杜仲、续断、黄芪、甘草。归纳分析处方中药物出现的频次、常用药对,挖掘出核心用药组合,归纳得出基础经验方。结论治疗产后身痛用药特点为寒温并用,中正平和;主要辨治法则为益气养血、补肾固本、祛风通络、调肝活血、顾护脾胃。Objective To study the medication rule of Chen Xueqi,a female doctor of Zhejiang school of gynecology,in the diagnosis and treatment of postpartum pain by using data mining method.Methods Medical records of posthumous body pain were reviewed and screened,and the prescriptions were recorded,and the drug law and characteristics of common prescriptions were analyzed.Results A total of 494 prescriptions were screened,and the top 5 frequently used herbs were paeoniae alba,Eucommia ulmoides,Rhizoma sativa,Astragalus membranaceus and glycyrrhiza.The frequency and common drug pairs of drugs in prescriptions was summarized and analyzed,the core drug combinations were found,and the basic experience prescription was summarized.Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum body pain,the characteristics of drugs are combination of frigotherapy and pyretotherapy and Zhongzheng Pinghe.The main principles of differentiation and treatment are nourishing qi and blood,tonifying kidney and strengthening capital,dispelling wind and clearing collaterals,regulating liver and promoting blood circulation and taking care of spleen and stomach.
