基于开阖枢理论探讨排卵障碍性异常子宫出血的发病机制

摘　　要：三阴三阳开阖枢理论源于《黄帝内经》,对中医临床各科均具有重要指导意义。此文依据龙砂医学流派代表性传承人顾植山教授提出的三阴三阳开阖枢理论对女性生殖生理过程的解析,基于排卵障碍性异常子宫出血的病理特点,运用三阴三阳开阖枢理论探究其中医发病机制,以期更好地指导临床对此病的治疗,并挖掘三阴三阳开阖枢理论在妇科疾病研究与治疗中的指导意义。The theory of opening and closing pivot of three yin and three yang originated from Huangdi Neijing.It is of great guiding significance to all clinical subjects of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Gu Zhishan,who is the representative inheritor of Longsha medical schools,uses the theory of opening and closing pivot of three yin and three yang to explain the interpretation of female reproductive physiology.The study is based on this result and the pathological characteristics of abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory dysfunction,uses the theory of opening and closing pivot of three yin and three yang to explore the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine about the disease,in order to better guide the clinical treatment of it.In addition,the study explores the guiding significance of the theory of opening and closing pivot of three yin and three yang in the research and treatment of gynecological diseases.
