摘　　要：脂溢性脱发是皮肤科常见病,具有易诊断、难治疗的特点,因其严重影响患者外观,故对患者身心健康造成重要影响,且西药临床治疗不良作用较大。张虹亚主任从事中医药临床防治皮肤病30余年,治疗脂溢性脱发经验丰富。张虹亚主任认为脂溢性脱发临床以湿热型常见,治疗上以清热祛湿为总则,同时注重补益肝脾肾三脏,清补相施,中药内服加外洗,随证加减,标本兼顾,内外合治,直达病所,临床疗效颇佳。Seborrheic alopecia is a common disease in dermatology,which is easy to diagnose and difficult to treat,because it seriously affects the appearance of patients,so it has an important impact on the physical and mental health of patients.Director Zhang Hongya has been engaged in the prevention and treatment of skin diseases in clinical traditional Chinese medicine for more than 30 years,and has rich experience in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia.Director Zhang Hongya believes that it is common to have damp and heat seborrheic hair loss in the clinic,and the treatment is to clear heat and remove dampness as the general rule,while paying attention to tonifying the liver,spleen and kidney three viscera,“clearing and supplementing and applying”,traditional Chinese medicine internal administration and external washing,with evidence addition and subtraction,treating both manifestation and root cause of disease are taken into account,internal and external treatment,direct to the disease,and clinical effect is quite good.
