灵仙活络软膏联合红外线理疗治疗早中期膝关节骨关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察西南医科大学附属中医医院骨科自制中药膏剂灵仙活络软膏治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效及其安全性,为灵仙活络软膏的临床推广及进一步研究提供依据。方法选取院内102例膝关节骨关节炎病就诊患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(51例)给予灵仙活络软膏外擦联合红外线理疗,对照组(51例)给予洛索洛芬钠凝胶膏外敷联合红外线理疗。比较2组治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后的视觉模拟疼痛量表评分、Lysholm功能评分及临床疗效,记录患者用药不良反应。结果治疗2周后,2组的VAS评分、Lysholm功能评分均下降(P<0.05),但组间治差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,2组VAS评分及Lysholm功能评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的临床疗效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组过敏率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论灵仙活络软膏联合红外线理疗治疗膝关节骨关节炎能够有效缓解膝关节疼痛,改善膝关节功能,远期疗效优于洛索洛芬钠凝胶膏,安全性较高,适用广泛,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the self-made Lingxian Huoluo ointment in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and to provide a basis for the clinical promotion and further research of Lingxian Huoluo ointment.Methods 102 patients with knee osteoarthritis in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group of 51 cases was given Lingxian Huoluo ointment external rubbing combined with infrared physiotherapy,and the control group of 51 cases was given Loxoprofen gel external rubbing ointment.The visual analog pain scale VAS score,Lysholm function score and clinical effect of the two groups before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment were compared.Adverse drug reactions were recorded.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores and Lysholm function scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the difference in VAS score and Lysholm function score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in allergy rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lingxian Huoluo ointment combined with infrared physiotherapy for knee osteoarthritis can effectively relieve knee joint pain and improve knee joint function.The long-term curative effect is better than loxoprofen gel ointment.It has high safety and a wide range of applications,and is worthy of clinical practice promotion.
