从脾虚血瘀角度治疗老年功能性便秘60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾化瘀通便汤治疗老年功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法治疗组30例口服中药健脾化瘀通便汤,对照组30例口服西药优赛乐(聚乙二醇4000),治疗2周后2组进行比较。结果2组患者治疗前后总体疗效、主要症状积分均有改善;2组间治疗后比较,健脾化瘀组对排便费力与排便不尽感的改善优于对照组(P<0.05),余各项指标积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾化瘀通便汤治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效满意,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Huayu Tongbian decoction in the treatment of senile functional constipation.Methods 30 patients in the study group took orally Jianpi Huayu Tongbian decoction,while 30 patients in the control group took orally macrogol 4000.The therapeutic results were compared between the two groups 2 treatment courses after administration.Results The overall efficacy and main symptom score of 2 groups were improved after treatment,the sensation of defecation insufficiency and defecation laborious in the study group were better than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of other indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Huayu Tongbian decoction in the treatment of senile functional constipation has satisfied therapeutic effect.
