针刺天井曲泽对中风患者心率变异性频域指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察针刺天井、曲泽对中风患者心率变异性(HRV)频域指标的影响,探讨进行针刺治疗时患者自主神经张力变化的规律。方法收取2020年1月—2020年12月夏邑县中心医院收治的100例中风患者并随机分为天井穴组和曲泽穴组,治疗过程中使用MGY-H12动态心电记录仪进行监测,记录并观察2组患者针刺前5 min,针刺得气时,留针后5 min,留针后10 min(行针时),留针后15 min,留针20 min(出针时),出针后5 min共7个时间段高频(HF)、低频(LF)、logLF/HF参数值并判断HRV的变化。结果2组logLF、logHF、logLF/HF差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);logLF,logHF,logLF/HF在不同时间点差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除logLF/HF外,2组logLF和logHF的时间效应趋势均相同。结论针刺天井、曲泽可明显调节中风患者的logLF、logHF、logLF/HF,除logLF/HF外,2穴位时间效应趋势相似。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture at Tianjing(SJ10)and Quze(PC3)on heart rate variability(HRV)in stroke patients,and to explore the law of changes in autonomic nerve tension during acupuncture.Methods 100 stroke patients treated in Xiayi County Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into Tianjing point group and Quze point group.During the treatment,MGY-H12 ambulatory ECG recorder produced by Beijing meigaoyi Technology Co.,Ltd.was used to monitor,record and observe the two groups of patients 5 minutes before acupuncture,5 minutes after acupuncture,10 minutes after acupuncture(during acupuncture)and 15 minutes after acupuncture,keep the needle for 20 min(when the needle is out)and 5 min after the needle is out.There are 7 time periods:high frequency(HF),low frequency(LF),loglf/HF parameter values,and judge the change of HRV.Results There were differences in logLF,logHF and logLF/HF between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in logLF,logHF and logLF/HF at different time points(P<0.05).Except for logLF/HF,the time effect trends of logLF and logHF were the same in the two groups.Conclusion Acupuncture at Tianjing(SJ10)and Quze(PC3)can significantly regulate logLF,logHF and logLF/HF in stroke patients.Except logLF/HF,the time effect trend of the two points is similar.
