滋阴活血方对阴虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病症的影响

摘　　要：目的考察滋阴活血方结合常规治疗对阴虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病患者的影响。方法将94例患有该病的患者按照随机分配原则平均划分成2组,分别为对照组与观察组。对照组患者采用常规降血糖和营养神经治疗方法,观察组47例在对照组治疗基础上再予口服中药滋阴活血方。3个月后再将对照组与观察组进行不同治疗时期的Hb A1C、CRP、HOMA-IR、运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)和中医证候积分对比,并观察2组临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果2组患者在治疗结束后都没有出现异常症状。相比治疗开始前,观察组的患者治疗结束后C反应蛋白值和证候积分出现了显著减少,另外MCV相比之下也出现了显著增加,总有效率明显高于另一组(P<0.05)。结论滋阴活血方结合西医常规疗法可改善糖尿病周围神经病患者的中医临床表现,并改善神经传导速度,值得临床推荐使用。Objective To investigate the effect of nourishing yin and activating blood circulation recipe combined with routine therapy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)of yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods 94 patients with the disease were randomly and evenly assigned into the control group and the observation group.The control group of 47 cases was treated with general hypoglycemic and neurotrophic therapy.On this basis,the observation group of 47 cases was additionally orally administrated with nourishing yin and activating blood circulation recipe.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Three months later,Hb A1C,CRP,HOMA-IR,motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV),and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores in different treatment periods were compared between the control group and the observation group,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results No abnormal symptoms occurred in both groups after treatment.Compared with the figures before the treatment began,C-reactive protein and the TCM symptom score in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment and MCV increased significantly.The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nourishing yin and activating blood circulation recipe combined with routine western medicine can improve the TMC clinical manifestations and nerve conduction velocity of DPN patients.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical recommendation and application.
