摘　　要：目的总结三晋王氏中医妇科流派代表性传承人王金权教授治疗先兆流产的经验。方法通过跟随王金权教授临诊学习,整理其相关医案,参考历代医家的论述,从病因病机、治疗原则、衷中参西、内外合治、预防调摄等方面总结王教授治疗本病的临证经验和学术观点,并附1则验案。结果王金权教授认为先兆流产的基本病因是脾肾两虚、气血虚弱、肾虚血热、肾虚血瘀,主要涉及脾、肾两脏。教授秉承王氏妇科传承千年的学术精髓,结合自己长期的临证实践,总结出了固肾健脾、益气养血、养阴清热、益肾祛瘀安胎之法,分别用王氏术黄安胎饮、王氏滋阴抑火汤、王氏益肾祛瘀汤随证加减,协同西医治疗,并采用穴位贴敷,辅以情志疏导。例举典型医案1则,充分体现了王金权教授治疗先兆流产的临证经验。结论王金权教授对先兆流产有独特见解,特色鲜明,组方微妙,疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To summarize of the experience of Professor Wang Jinquan,the representative inheritor of the Sanjin Wang’s school of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine,in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods From following Professor Wang Jinquan clinical studies,finishing his relevant medical cases,referring to the discussion of dynasties doctors,from etiology and pathogenesis,the principle of treatment,integration of traditional Chinese and western,internal and external treatment and prevention,etc.,the clinical experience and academic views of Professor Wang on the treatment of this disease was summarized,and one case was attached.Results Professor Wang Jinquan believes that the basic cause of threatened abortion is spleen and kidney deficiency,qi-blood weakness,kidney deficiency and blood heat,kidney deficiency,and blood stasis,mainly involving the spleen and kidney.Uphold the academic essence of heritage in one thousand of Wang’s school of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine,with his long term clinical practice,the reinforcing spleen and kidney,reinforcing qi and nourishing blood,nourishing yin and clearing away heat and dispelling stasis of fetus,respectively by the Wang’s Shuhuang Antai drink,Wang’s Ziyin Yihuo decoction,Wang’s Yishen Quyu decoction and the coordination western medicine treatment were summarized,and acupoint application and emotional guidance were used.One typical medical case fully embodies Professor Wang Jinquan’s clinical experience in the treatment of threatened abortion.Conclusion Professor Wang Jinquan has a unique view on threatened abortion,with distinct characteristics,subtle prescription,and accurate curative effect,which is worth promoting.
