摘　　要：总结符为民教授辨治头痛的经验。符教授认为头痛基本病机为风痰瘀三邪上扰清空,痹阻脑络,导致头痛。在治疗上倡导风痰瘀同治,以疏风息风养血、化痰祛瘀通络为法,妙用风药疏风息风,以虫药通络止痛。此外,符老辨证时常结合辨病,并注重调畅患者情志、调整患者饮食,从多方面入手治疗头痛,屡见良效。另附符教授医案1则,以飨同道。Experience of Fu Weimin in the treatment of headache based on syndrome differentiation is summarized.Professor Fu believes that the basic pathogenesis of headache is wind,phlegm and blood stasis disturbing and blocking the brain collaterals,resulting in headache.He thinks that should treat the wind,phlegm and blood at the same time.Dispelling wind,nourishing blood,removing phlegm and removing blood stasis are the therapies.He use wind medicine to dispel wind and insects medicine to activate meridians to stop pain.Otherwise,Professor Fu combines the differential diagnosis and disease differentiation.He attaches great importance to the patients’diet and mood,being good at treating headache in many aspects,usually getting nice curative effect.In addition,a medical case is attached for reference.
