慢性心力衰竭心气亏虚证证治规律探讨

摘　　要：心气虚是慢性心力衰竭的基本病机,心气亏虚证是慢性心力衰竭最常见的证型,其证候表现有内在规律,其微观机制与肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统激活、肿瘤坏死因子-α和脑钠肽异常、左心室射血分数降低密切相关,治宜补益心气为法,方选保元汤加减。临床研究显示采用补益心气法治疗慢性心力衰竭在改善心脏功能、缓解患者症状、改善微观指标等方面有确切证据,为补益心气法治疗慢性心力衰竭提供了理论依据。Deficiency of heart qi is the basic pathogenesis of chronic heart failure.Deficiency of heart qi is the most common type of chronic heart failure.Its syndrome manifestations are inherently regular,and its micro-mechanism is related to activation of the renin-angiotensinaldosterone system and tumor necrosis.Factor-α is closely related to the abnormal brain natriuretic peptide and the decrease of left ventricular ejection fraction.The treatment should be the method of replenishing the heart-qi,and the prescription of Baoyuan decoction.Clinical studies have shown that using the method of replenishing heart qi to treat chronic heart failure has definite evidence for improving heart function,relieving patients’symptoms,and improving onlookers,which provides a theoretical basis for the method of replenishing heart qi in the treatment of chronic heart failure.
