子午流注腹部按摩联合穴位贴敷对气虚型冠心病便秘患者的影响

摘　　要：目的观察子午流注腹部按摩联合穴位贴敷对气虚型冠心病便秘患者的干预效果。方法随机抽取68例气虚型冠心病便秘患者行非同期随机对照试验,共分4组,A组17例,B组18例,C组17例,D组16例。A组行常规护理;B组在常规护理的基础上行子午流注腹部按摩;C组在常规护理的基础上行穴位贴敷;D组行子午流注腹部按摩的同时行穴位贴敷。观察4组干预前及干预1周、2周后的中医证候评分、便秘生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分、疗效评定。结果4组不同时间中医证候评分、便秘生活质量及评分疗效评价比较,时间效应,组间效应差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中D组效果最优,A效果最差。结论子午流注腹部按摩和穴位贴敷,不论是单独还是联合使用均能有效改善气虚型冠心病患者的便秘症状,其中联合护理效果最佳。Objective To observe the intervention effect of midnight-midday ebb flow abdominal massage combined with acupoint application in the treatment of constipation of qi deficiency coronary heart disease.Methods 68 patients with constipation of qi deficiency coronary heart disease were randomly divided into four groups:A,B,C and D,with 17 cases in group A,18 cases in group B,17 cases in group C,and 16 cases in group D.All four groups were treated with routine care and treatment.Group A received routine nursing;Group B received abdominal massage with midnight-midday ebb flow on the basis of routine nursing.Group C was applied to acupoints application on the basis of routine nursing.Group D received midnight-midday ebb flow massage and acupoint application.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,constipation quality of Life Scale(PAC-QOL)score and efficacy evaluation were observed before intervention and 1 and 2 weeks after intervention.Results The comparison of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,constipation quality of life score and efficacy evaluation of the 4 groups at different time showed that the time effect and effect differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),among which group D had the best effect and group A had the worst effect.Conclusion Midnight-midday ebb flow abdominal massage combined with acupoint application,whether used alone or in combination can effectively improve constipation symptoms in patients with constipation of qi deficiency coronary heart disease,of which combined nursing effect is the best.
