温针灸治疗肩周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸治疗肩周炎患者的疗效及对血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、神经肽P物质(SP)表达的影响。方法选择高密市妇幼保健院针灸推拿科2019年1月—2021年6月收治的105例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,根据编号单双数将患者分为观察组(53例,编号为单数)和对照组(52例,编号为双数),对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加温针灸治疗,比较2组治疗后的临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后的CGRP、SP表达水平,同时比较2组治疗前后的VAS评分及生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,观察组治疗后Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分高于对照组,观察组治疗后CGRP及SP水平低于对照组,观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,观察组治疗后生活质量各维度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸结合常规西药治疗肩周炎能提高治疗效果,改善患者关节功能及疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量,调节CGRP及SP水平。Objective To investigate the effect of warm needling moxibustion on patients with frozen shoulder and its influence on the expression of serum calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)and neuropeptide substance P(SP).Methods 105 patients with frozen shoulder who were admitted to the department of acupuncture and tuina in Gaomi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into observation groups(n=53,odd numbers)according to the odd and even numbers and the control group(n=52,numbered as even number).The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group added warm acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the CGRP and SP before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Expression level,the VAS scores and quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the Constant-Murley shoulder function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the CGRP and SP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The VAS of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group.After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of the quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion combined with conventional western medicine can improve the treatment effect of frozen shoulder,improve joint function and pain degree of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and regulate CGRP and SP levels.
