推拿联合小儿肺咳颗粒治疗小儿肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医推拿联合小儿肺咳颗粒治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法160例研究对象均选自遂川县妇幼保健院2019年5月—2021年5月收治的小儿肺炎,依照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,均80例。2组均给予常规西药治疗,对照组在此基础上给予小儿肺咳颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医推拿治疗,2组均治疗14 d。比较2组治疗后的临床疗效,临床症状、体征消失时间,治疗前后血清ESR、CRP、血浆FIB水平,治疗期间的不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组;观察组咳痰、咳嗽、发热、肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组;2组治疗后血清ESR、CRP、血浆FIB水平经与治疗前比,均表现为降低趋向,且观察组与对照组比,观察组水平更低(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿肺炎应用中医推拿联合小儿肺咳颗粒治疗,可以有效地缩短患儿的恢复时间,抑制炎症反应,改善临床症状,疗效显著,安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of massage combined with Xiaoer Feike granule in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods 160 subjects were selected from Suichuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2019 to may 2021.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,the control group was treated with Xiaoer Feike granule on this basis,and the observation group was treated with massage on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs,serum ESR,CRP and plasma FIB levels before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group.The disappearance time of expectoration,cough,fever and lung wet rale in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group;The levels of serum ESR,CRP and plasma FIB in the two groups after treatment showed a decreasing trend compared with those before treatment,and the level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of massage combined with Xiaoer Feike granule in the treatment of children’s pneumonia can effectively shorten the recovery time of children,inhibit inflammatory reaction and improve clinical symptoms.It has significant curative effect and high safety.
