摘 要:高反应性焦炭制备是目前高炉减碳的重要基础,但因焦炭反应性(CRI)与反应后强度(CSR)属于异向指标,其相互反向作用机制制约对焦炭CRI的调控。将聚类分析应用于高反应性焦炭的原料煤优选过程,从炼焦煤或焦炭的质量指标标准化、炼焦煤相似性度量、炼焦煤聚类数的确定以及聚类分析辅助软件等方面阐述炼焦煤应用性细化分类方法。基于现代数学聚类分析方法在对炼焦煤焦炭特性指标细化分组基础上,通过优化配比并强化焦炭CSR/CRI比值提升,对焦炭质量指标进行差异性分析,以期深化CSR/CRI热性能参数比对焦炭CSR的影响规律。结果表明:针对不同煤质特性的29种炼焦煤,采用炼焦煤与焦炭的质量聚类分析优化分组方法,可优化出主选炼焦煤的5号配煤方案和8号配煤方案,在焦炭CSR稳定基础上,其所得焦炭的反应性CRI较原生产方案分别提高4.6个百分点3.9个百分点;将炼焦煤焦炭的CSR和CRI比值作为炼焦煤选择的重要参数,在焦炭反应性接近的情况下,CSR/CRI比值高的炼焦煤可同时提高焦炭反应性和焦炭反应后强度;结合焦炭机械强度、热性质指标分组结果、CSR和CRI比值可得到炼焦煤选择和配用的等级,焦炭CRI较高、CSR较低的炼焦煤可作为提高焦炭反应性的主要炼焦煤,焦炭CRI较低、CSR较高的炼焦煤可将其用以改善焦炭反应后强度的辅助炼焦煤。The preparation of high reactive coke is the important basis of reducing carbon in blast furnace,but the regulation of the reactivity of coke CRI is restricted by the strength of coke after reaction CSR,they are two counter-correlated indicators.Cluster analysis is applied to the process of coal optimized selection for high reactive coke,the applied refinement classification method of coking coal is expounded from four aspects including the standardization of quality indexes of coking coal or coke,the similarity measurement of coking coal,the determination of clustering number of coking coal and the auxiliary software of clustering analysis.Coking coals are refinly grouped according to coke characteristic indexes by cluster analysis.In order to deepen the influence of CSR/CRI ratio on coke CSR,the ratio of CSR to CRI is proposed,and the influence of CSR/CRI on coke CSR is analyzed deeply.The results show that the main coking coals are selected from 29 coking coals by cluster analysis,using quality clustering analysis of coking coal and coke optimizing grouping method,the No.5 coal blending scheme and No.8 coal blending scheme using the main coking coals can be optimized,on the basis of stability of CSR,the CRI of coke is increased by 4.6 percentage points and 3.9 percentage points respectively;the CSR/CRI ratio of coke can be regarded as an important parameter for coking coal selection.Coking coal with higher CSR/CRI ratio can improve coke quality both CRI and CSR.The selection and blending grade of coking coal can be obtained based on the grouping results of mechanical strength,thermal properties of coke and the ratio of CSR to CRI.The coking coal with higher coke CRI and lower CSR can be used as the main coking coal to improve CRI,and the coking coal with lower coke CRI and higher CSR can be used as the auxiliary coking coal to improve CSR.
