摘 要:高炉大型化有利于提高焦炭生产率及降低能耗,而焦炭质量满足高炉炼铁需求是大中型高炉高效低耗冶炼的关键环节。结合焦炭在高炉中的作用,综述现有评价指标体系对焦炭质量的认知以及大中型高炉高效低耗冶炼用焦炭的本质需求,并阐述高炉用焦评价方法的研究进展。针对焦炭现有指标体系和评价方法尚有不足之处,指出基于高炉高效低耗冶炼需求须研究焦炭在高炉内不同部位的劣化行为及其高温特性和显微结构的变化,并对焦炭的反应性、反应后强度、平均粒度和粒度保持能力、高效的燃烧特性以及显微结构等各个因素进行分析,定量地给出高炉内焦炭质量的劣化程度,确定适合大中型高炉高效低耗冶炼的焦炭质量标准十分必要。焦炭质量应以能满足大中型高炉高效低耗冶炼为评价依据,同时需加强焦炭反应后粒度变化的研究工作,建议建立焦炭质量评价新体系以便能开发便捷评价焦炭质量的方法,以期为炼铁和炼焦生产提供技术支撑。Large scale blast furnace is conducive to improving coke productivity and reducing energy consumption,coke quality meeting the demand of blast furnaceironmaking is the key stage of high efficiency and low consumption smelting of large and medium-sized blast furnaces.This paper reviews the function of coke in blast furnace,the cognition of existing evaluation index system on coke quality,the essential demand of coke for high efficiency and low consumption smelting in medium and large blast furnace,and evaluation method of coke for blast furnace.Evaluation method of coke is inadequate.It was indicated that based on the demand of coke for medium and large blast furnace smelting with high efficiency and low consumption,studying the deterioration behavior of coke in different parts of blast furnace and the changes in high-temperature characteristics and microstructure is necessary.The reactivity,post reaction strength,average particle size and particle size retention ability,efficient combustion characteristics and microstructure of coke were analyzed.Quantitative determination of coke quality deterioration in blast furnace is necessary,as well as the determination of coke quality standard which is suitable for high efficiency and low consumption smelting of large and medium-sized blast furnaces.The quality of coke should be evaluated based on whether it can meet the requirements of high efficiency and low consumption smelting of large and medium-sized blast furnaces.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the particle size change of coke after reaction.It is suggested to establish a new coke quality evaluation system so as to develop a convenient method for evaluating coke quality,in order to provide technical support for iron making and coking production.
