摘 要:针对优质炼焦煤资源紧缺及炼焦产品质量波动,有必要深入认识和科学表征典型炼焦混煤特性对焦炭质量的影响。通过研究以构建基于镜质体反射率标准差、反射率分布直方图、显微组分图像特征等因素的混煤判定方法,并判定所选典型炼焦煤均为炼焦混煤;7号、8号和9号煤样的G值达到96以上,所选焦煤、肥煤、气煤和1/3焦煤的G值比较高且差别不大,从黏结指数和胶质层可知典型炼焦混煤的黏结性较强;各煤样的最大流动度较小且胶质体流动性均较差,利用吉氏流动度可精细化反映出相同变质程度炼焦煤在黏结特性方面的差异;黑龙江地区典型炼焦混煤的显微组分中镜质组的含量非常高(86.4%~95.0%),造成活惰比较高(平均值>6);通过炼焦试验可知,在预测焦炭质量时需深入分析煤样的吉氏流动度特征指标、煤岩显微组成、煤源质量等对黏结性和结焦性所产生的影响。In view of the shortage of high-quality coking coal resources and the fluctuation of coking product quality,it is necessary to deeply understand and scientifically characterize the impact of typical coking blended coal characteristics on coke quality.Based on the research,a method to determine the coking blended coal based on the vitrinite reflectance standard deviation,reflectance distribution histogram,maceral image characteristics and other factors is established.It is determined that all selected typical coking coals are coking blended coal.The caking indexes of coal samples No.7,No.8 and No.9 reach above 96,and the caking index of selected coking coal,fat coal,gas coal and 1/3 coking coal is relatively high with little difference.It can be seen from the caking index and colloid layer that the adhesion of coking blended coal is strong.The maximum fluidity of each coal sample is small and the fluidity of colloid is poor.The Gieseler fluidity can be used to fine reflect the difference of coking coal with the same metamorphic degree in adhesion characteristics.The content of vitrinite in the macerals of typical coking blended coal in Heilongjiang area is very high(86.4%~95.0%),resulting in high active inert ratio(average value>6).It can be seen from coking test that it is necessary to deeply analyze the influence of Gieseler fluidity characteristic index of coal sample,coal petrography micro composition and coal source quality on cohesiveness and coking property when predicting coke quality.
