摘 要:借用位移传感器、车载物联网、定扭检测工具、手机运动分析软件及UG等软件工具,研究小组对谷物联合收获机实际应用中、安装中的几类转速传感器和时速传感器失(灵)效现象的根源进行综合分析。通过对如何保证转速传感器装配精度的过程分析介绍了产品结构、零部件加工精度和装配方法。主要通过装配尺寸链计算、动态过程的整机振动、不同转速区间和环境因素对转速传感器的影响分析,为后续产品结构优化升级提供数据支撑和改进建议。并将相关经验、教训归纳总结分享,避免后续产品开发者再进入此类误区。同时将转速传感器在农机使用、维修中常见的一些问题进行归纳与总结,提高对高精度元器件的保养效率。Borrow displacement sensor, Vehicles Internet of things, Fixed torsion test tool, Mobile motion analysis software and UG software tools, research group analysis of the surveys of practical application, several kinds of speed sensors of combined grain harvester.Through the analysis of the whole process of ensuring the accuracy of speed sensor, including not limited to product structure,machining accuracy of parts and assembly methods.Mainly through the calculation of assembly size, the analysis of the influence of different speed range and environmental factors on the speed sensor in the dynamic process, provide data support and improvement suggestions for subsequent product structure optimization and upgrading.In this paper, the relevant experiences and lessons are summarized and shared to avoid such“misunderstandings” by follow-up product developers.Meanwhile, some common problems in the use and maintenance of speed sensors in agricultural machinery are summarized and summarized to improve the maintenance efficiency of high-precision devices.
