摘　　要：贵阳的解放在中华人民共和国成立之后,出于政策宣传的需要,中共贵州省委整合力量创办了省委机关报《新黔日报》。到1956年年底,《新黔日报》见证了贵州高原山地一系列重大历史事件及社会变迁,是与新中国一同成长起来的地方党报。中共贵州省委通过创办发行这份报纸,不仅广泛传播了新中国的政策方针,较详细介绍了贵州在建国初期所走过的风雨征途,还真正把这份报纸办成党的报纸、群众的报纸,其在办报实践中形成的联系群众、批评与自我批评之风在当下依然有它的现实价值与意义。When the People’s Republic of China was founded,Guizhou was not liberated.For the need of policy publicity,the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)integrated its strength to establishits organ newspaper,Xinqian Daily.It was a local party newspaper that grew up with the People’s Republic of China.It witnessed a series of significant historical events and social changes in Guizhou Province from the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China to the end of 1956.The establishment and distribution of this newspaper widely disseminated the policies and guidelines of the People’s Republic of China and introduced in detail the journey of Guizhou in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.In particular,the Guizhou Provincial CPC Committee really turned this newspaper into a newspaper of the Party and of the people.Its fine style of connecting with the people,criticism and self-criticism has practical value and significance in China today.
