猪苓汤合当归芍药散治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察猪苓汤合当归芍药散加减治疗湿热瘀阻型良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床疗效。【方法】将80例湿热瘀阻型BPH患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规西药(坦索罗辛联合非那雄胺)治疗,试验组在对照组常规西药的基础上加用猪苓汤合当归芍药散加减治疗,疗程为4周。观察2组患者治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)和中医证候积分的变化情况。【结果】治疗前,2组患者的IPSS评分、QOL评分和中医证候积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的IPSS评分、QOL评分和中医证候积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且试验组的降低作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】猪苓汤合当归芍药散加减治疗湿热瘀阻型BPH患者疗效确切,可有效改善患者的临床症状和生活质量,其疗效优于单纯西药治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Zhuling Decoction plus Danggui Shaoyao Powder for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)of damp-heat and blood stasis obstruction syndrome type.Methods Eighty patients with BPH of damp-heat and blood stasis obstruction syndrome type were randomly divided into control group and trial group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine of Tamsulosin combined with Finasteride orally,while the trial group was treated with modified Zhuling Decoction plus Danggui Shaoyao Powder based on the treatment for the control group.Both groups were treated for a period of 4 weeks.The changes in the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),the scores of quality of life(QOL)scores and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the IPSS,QOL scores and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the IPSS,QOL scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the effect on lowering the IPSS,QOL scores and TCM syndrome scores of the trial group was significantly superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The combined use of modified Zhuling Decoction and Danggui Shaoyao Powder based on western medicine exerts certain effect in treating BPH of damp-heat and blood stasis obstruction syndrome type,which could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and QOL of the patients,and its efficacy is superior to that of western medicine alone.
