针刺联合角膜塑形镜防治儿童中低度近视的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察中低度近视儿童佩戴角膜塑形镜配合针刺疗法防治中低度近视的疗效。【方法】将60例中低度近视患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组单纯给予佩戴角膜塑形镜治疗,观察组在佩戴角膜塑形镜的同时配合针刺治疗,疗程为1个月,并进行为期2年的随访。观察2组患儿在治疗1个月、3个月、6个月、1年和2年后的屈光度增加量和眼轴长度变化量,并评价2组患儿治疗2年后的临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗2年后,2组患儿的裸视力均有不同程度的提高,其中,观察组的总有效率为90.0%(27/30),对照组为76.7%(23/30),组间比较,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)与单纯佩戴角膜塑形镜治疗的对照组比较,配合针刺治疗的观察组患儿在治疗1年和2年后的屈光度增加量、眼轴长度变化量均有明显减缓趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而2组患儿在治疗1个月、3个月、6个月后的屈光度增加量、眼轴长度变化量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】在佩戴角膜塑形镜的同时配合针刺治疗,对防治儿童中低度近视有较好的远期疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of wearing orthokeratology lens combined with acupuncture for the prevention and treatment of low to moderate myopia in children.Methods Sixty children with low to moderate myopia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with wearing orthokeratology lens alone,while the observation group was given acupuncture together with wearing orthokeratology lens.The course of treatment lasted for one month,and a followup period of 2 years was conducted.The increase of diopter and the change of the length of ocular axis of the two groups were observed after one month,3 months,6 months,one year and 2 years of treatment.And then the clinical efficacy of the two groups after 2 years of treatment was evaluated.Results(1)After 2 years of treatment,the naked vision of children in both groups was improved to different degrees.The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%(27/30),and that of the control group was 76.7%(23/30).The intergroup comparison showed that the effect of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,the increase of diopter and the change of the length of ocular axis of children in the observation group after one year and 2 years of treatment were significantly slowed down,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the increase of diopter and the change of axial length between the two groups after one month,3 months and 6 months of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of wearing orthokeratology lens and acupuncture therapy has profound long-term efficacy on the prevention and treatment of low to moderate myopia in children.
