三皇五穴针刺法联合参芪扶正注射液治疗肺癌气血亏虚型疲乏的临床观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察三皇五穴针刺法联合参芪扶正注射液治疗肺癌气血亏虚型疲乏的临床疗效。【方法】将120例肺癌气血亏虚型疲乏患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规中西医结合治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予三皇五穴针刺法联合参芪扶正注射液治疗,21 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后的Piper量表评分、Karnofsky功能状态评分(KPS)、骨髓抑制指标及安全性指标的变化情况,并评价2组患者的疲乏改善疗效。【结果】(1)疲乏改善疗效方面,经治疗2个疗程后,治疗组的总有效率为76.7%(46/60),对照组为53.3%(32/60),组间比较,治疗组的疲乏改善疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)Piper量表评分方面,治疗后,治疗组患者Piper量表评分中的行为、情感、躯体、认知评分及总分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);而对照组治疗后Piper量表评分中的各项评分及总分均较治疗前略有下降,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组间比较,治疗组对Piper量表评分中的各项评分及总分的下降作用均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)KPS评分方面,治疗后,治疗组的KPS评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),而对照组的KPS评分无明显改善(P>0.05);组间比较,治疗组对KPS评分的改善作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)骨髓抑制方面,治疗后,2组患者的红细胞、白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白等骨髓抑制相关指标均出现不同程度的下降,但2组治疗前后自身比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后组间比较,治疗组的各项骨髓抑制相关指标的下降程度均较对照组小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)安全性方面,2组患者治疗前后的肝功能、肾功能等安全性指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】三皇五穴针刺法联合参芪扶正注射液能明显改善肺癌气血亏虚型患者疲乏症状,提高患者生活质量,并能减轻化疗Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanhuang Wuxue acupuncture method,an acupuncture therapy for regulating the qi movement of middle energizer pivot,combined with intravenous drip of Shen Qi Fuzheng Injection in treating fatigue in lung cancer patients with qi and blood deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 120 lung cancer patients with fatigue of qi and blood deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was treated with Sanhuang Wuxue acupuncture method combined with intravenous drip of Shen Qi Fuzheng Injection on the basis of treatment for the control group.Twenty-one days constituted a course of treatment and the treatment for the two groups lasted for2 courses of treatment.The changes of Piper Scale scores,Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)scores,bone marrow suppression indicators and safety indexes in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the efficacy of fatigue improvement in the two groups was also evaluated.Results(1)After 2 courses of treatment,the overall effective rate for improving fatigue in the treatment group was 76.7%(46/60)and that in the control group was 53.3%(32/60).The intergroup comparison showed that the efficacy of fatigue improvement in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the behavioral,emotional,somatic and cognitive scores of the Piper Scale and the total scores in the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),while in the control group,the scores of each item as well as the total Piper Scale scores were only slightly decreased,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The intergroup comparison showed that the treatment group had stronger effect on decreasing the scores of each item as well as the total Piper Scale scores than the cont
