摘  要:针对高频DC-DC电源提出一种新颖的带死区IGBT启动控制方法。分析了死区时间对于移相比的影响,提出了一种补偿措施,在系统未达到稳定前,动态调节驱动脉冲宽度,限制电感电流的上升时间,使电感电流工作在DCM(discontinuous conduction mode)模式,从而将电流限制在一定范围内,有效降低了单个开关管的电流应力。最后具体分析了实际工程中出现的死区对系统输出的影响,并针对具体情况提出了相应的补偿措施。针对系统启动过程中出现的短暂冲击电流,分析了冲击电流的成因,提出了动态改脉宽的软启动控制方式,较串电阻、加辅助回路等方式具有成本低、控制简单等优点。在负载频繁变换的情况下,可实现DC-DC电源的无偏差输出。A novel IGBT start up control method with dead zone is proposed for high frequency DC-DC power supply.It analyzes the influence of dead time on shift ratio and puts forward a kind of compensation measure.Before the system did not achieve stability,dynamic adjusting the drive pulse width,it limits the rise time of the inductance current,which makes the inductance current work in Discontinuous Conduction Mode(DCM),so as to limit the current in a certain range,which effectively reduce the stress of a single switch tube current.Finally,the influence of dead zone on system output is analyzed in detail and the corresponding compensation measures are proposed.In view of the transient impulse current in the process of system starting up,the causes of impulse current are analyzed,and the soft starting control mode of dynamic pulse width modification is proposed,which has the advantages of low cost and simple control compared with series resistance and auxiliary circuit.It can realize the unbiased output of DC-DC power supply in the case of frequent load changes.
