语音问答在地区电网调度专业培训中的实践

摘　　要：针对地区电网调度专业的工作特点和培训需求,结合多年从事电网调度工作的经验,充分利用了近年来人工智能在自然语言处理方面取得的成果,运用火山安卓软件开发平台和SQLite数据库,设计开发了地区电网调度智能问答系统。介绍了该系统的架构流程设计和语音问答的实现细节,建立了针对地区电网调度专业规则推理的人工预定义规则,并用识别的准确性验证了该人工预定义规则的有效性。According to the characteristics of the regional power grid dispatching professional work and training needs,combining with the experience for years in the work of the power grid scheduling,it makes use of the achievements on artificial intelligence in natural language processing in recent years,and applies Huoshan Android software development platform and SQLite database to design and develop an intelligent question answering system for regional power grid dispatching.It introduces the architecture flow design of the system and the implementation details of voice question and answer,and then explores the manual pre-defined rules of rule inference in regional power dispatching specialty,and verifies the validity of the manual pre-defined rules with the accuracy of recognition.
