摘 要:通过对某超临界双抽背压式汽轮机组甩50%负荷试验结果进行分析,给出了机组甩负荷过程的相关操作方法及逻辑联锁,提出了甩负荷过程中利用高压旁路对流热,减少甩负荷过程中对热网系统的波动,进一步提高供热系统的稳定性。甩负荷过程中,发电机出口断路器断开,转速升至最大值3045 r/min,动态超调量1.5%,随后维持3000 r/min空载运行。甩负荷试验过程对数字式电液控制系统(DEH)的动态特性进行了考核,各项参数结果表明汽轮机调节动态特性良好,能够实现利用高压旁路对外供热,同时机组在空负荷工况下运行稳定,并能够迅速恢复并网,在短时间内即可重新带至50%电负荷,有效提高供热机组供热的稳定性,并为同类型机组发生甩负荷工况时的操作提供了良好的技术支撑。By analyzing the 50%load rejection test results of a supercritical double extraction back pressure steam turbine unit,it gives the relevant operation methods and logic interlock in the process of load rejection,and puts forward the use of high-pressure bypass for external heat in the process of load rejection,so as to reduce the fluctuation of the heat supply network system in the process of load rejection and further improve the stability of the heat supply system.During load rejection,the generator outlet switch is disconnected,the maximum speed rise is 3045 r/min,the dynamic overshoot is 1.5%,and then the no-load operation of 3000 r/min is maintained.During the load rejection test,the dynamic characteristics of the digital electro-hydraulic control system(DEH)are assessed.The results of various parameters show that the steam turbine has good regulating dynamic characteristics and can realize external heating by using the high-pressure bypass.At the same time,the unit operates stably under the no-load condition and can quickly restore the grid connection.It can be brought back to 50%of the electrical load in a short time,effectively improving the stability of the heating unit.It also provides good technical support for the load rejection test of the same type of units.
