摘 要:海上过驳卸载系统是多个作业环节相互衔接、相互影响的复杂作业系统,其中驳运环节涉及多种类型的被运装备和驳运船艇。探究如何利用现有驳运船艇资源,科学规划驳运方案,在最短时间内完成卸载,达到系统最大卸载效能,对于部队实践有着参考意义。分析了海上过驳卸载系统运行流程,提出一种驳运任务规划方法,利用LINGO编程求解,可以估算海上过驳卸载系统运行的最短时间,实现最快速的卸载。The sea barge unloading system is a complex operation system in which many operation links connect and influence mutually,in which the barge link involves many types of transported equipment and barge boats.It has significance reference for military practice to explore how to make use of the existing barge resources and scientifically plan the barge scheme to complete the unloading in the minimum time and achieve the maximum unloading efficiency of the system.After analyzing the operation flow of marine barge unloading system,this paper puts forward a barge task planning method,which can be solved by LINGO programming,which can estimate the minimum operation time of marine barge unloading system and achieve the fastest unloading.
