摘 要:深厚软土地层由于具有承载力低、含水量高、压缩系数大等特点,容易产生较大的工后沉降。对建于深厚软土地层的市域铁路地下车站,采用了超长钻孔灌注桩将车站结构荷载传递到基岩持力层,减小了车站的沉降,解决了深厚软土地层强度不够的技术问题。利用超声波法进行检测,现场检测结果表明:采用跳挖法施工上部含空桩的超长钻孔灌注桩,保证了上部空桩孔壁稳定性;采用三轴搅拌桩加固超深软土地层地下连续墙,保证了超深地下连续墙槽壁稳定性。Large post-construction settlements are tend to occur in deep soft soil area due to its characteristics of low bearing capacity, high water content, and great compressibility.In this paper, for the urban railway underground station in the deep soft soil layer, the super-long bored piles which transfer the structural load of the station to the bedrock bearing layer were adopted to reduce the settlement of the underground station, which solved the technical problem of insufficient strength of the deep soft soil layer. The on-site results tested by ultrasonic method showed that the stability of the empty section in the upper part of the piles can be ensured by jump excavation method for the supper long bored piles with empty sections in the upper part, and the trench stability of diaphragm wall can be ensured by reinforcing diaphragm wall with three-axis mixed piles.
