摘  要:船舶建造中的球扁钢是典型的不对称型钢,目前现有夹具不能满足球扁钢装配时全方位吊运的要求。分析了现有吊装夹具特点、存在的问题和现场安装要求,研究设计了一种多功能全位置球扁钢吊装专用夹具,阐述了设计原理,分析了夹具结构设计要点,介绍了实用操作步骤,运用强度计算公式对吊装夹具的强度进行了校核验证。球扁钢专用夹具可以适用于各种型号的球扁钢全方位吊装,实现了组立球扁钢时各种安装方向要求,使用方便、安全快捷、定位精准,大幅度提高生产效率的同时降低了劳动负荷。The flat-bulb steel in ship construction is a typical asymmetric shape steel. At present, the existing fixtures can’t meet the requirements of all-round lifting of flat-bulb steel. This paper analyzes the characteristics, existing problems and on-site installation requirements of the existing lifting fixtures, a multifunctional all-round special fixture for lifting flat-bulb steel was studied and designed. The design principle was expounded, the key points of the fixture structure design were analyzed, the practical operation steps were intraduced, the strength of the lifting fixture using the strengthcalculation formula was verified. The special fixture for flat-bulb steel can be used for all-round lifting of various types of flat-bulb steel, which meets the requirements of various installation directions while the flat-bulb steel is assembling. It is convenient to use, safe and fast, accurate in positioning, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor load.
