摘  要:鱼珠隧道项目采用沉管穿越珠江,基槽开挖至沉管回填期间部分地段采用格构式地连墙承担临时护岸任务。为解决双十字穿孔钢板接头传统施工方法成本高、耗时长、质量难以保证的弊端,提出了通过3幅地连墙整体成槽浇筑实现接头无施工缝的改进工艺。施工过程中运用槽壁预加固技术、成槽控制技术、刚性接头变形控制技术将槽壁垂直度偏差和十字钢板变形控制在100 mm以内;通过异形幅钢筋笼吊装技术、格构单元整体浇筑技术顺利完成施工任务。改进工艺的可行性在实践中得到了验证,提高施工质量和效率的同时节约了成本,可为同类项目提供借鉴。Yuzhu Tunnel project crosses the Zhujiang River by immersed tube, lattice diaphragm wall is used to protect the embankment in some sections temporarily during the period from foundation trench excavation to the immersed tube back filling. In order to solve the disadvantages of the traditional construction method of double cross perforated steel plate joint, such as high cost, long time-consuming and difficult to guarantee the quality, the improved construction technology of three diaphragm wall simultaneously grooving and pouring is put forward to achieve the result that the connect has no construction joint. Through the use of groove wall pre-reinforcement technology, groove forming control technology and rigid joint deformation control technology, the perpendicularity deviation of the groove wall and the deformation of the cross steel plate are controlled within 100 mm.The construction task was successfully completed through the hoisting technology of special-shaped reinforcement cage and the overall pouring technology of lattice unit.The feasibility of the improved process has been verified in practice.It not only improves the construction quality and efficiency, but also saves the cost, which can provide reference for the similar projects.
