摘  要:数字时代对文旅产业的数字化建设提出新的挑战,如何构建具有价值共创功能的数字文旅平台成为行业聚焦热议的问题。本文基于服务主导逻辑理论视角,对数字文旅平台价值共创的模式框架进行探究。围绕“价值创造—价值交互—价值度量—价值转换”的价值实现过程,文章提出从构建平台生态系统、强化数字技术赋能、探索文旅IP体系和构建平台金融服务系统四个方面完善协调机制,从完善制度规范、大力实施数字基建、加强专业人才培养三个方面健全保障机制,从财税奖补激励和交叉补贴引流两个方面建立激励机制,以此确保数字文旅平台实现价值共创,从而推动文旅产业提质升级,实现高质量发展。The advent of the digital era has put forward a new challenge to the digital construction of the cultural tourism industry,and how to build a digital cultural-tourism platform with value co-creation function has become a hot topic in the industry.Based on the theory of service-dominant logic,this paper discusses the model framework of value co-creation of digital cultural tourism platform by sorting out related research.And focused on the value realization process of“value creation-value interaction-value measurement-value conversion”,this paper puts forward three paths,including:improving the coordination mechanism by building a platform eco-system,a cultural-tourism IP system and a financial service system with the digital technology;consummating the guarantee mechanism by refining the institutional norms,vigorously implementing the infrastructure,strengthening the digital facilities and professional personnel training;establishing the incentive mechanism by filling in the fiscal and taxation awards incentives and crossing subsidy drainage.The purpose is to ensure the effective operation of the digital cultural-tourism platform,to achieve value co-creation,so as to promote the upgrading of the cultural-tourism industry towards high-quality development.
