摘  要:以连栋大棚、空调房和传统大棚为菌丝培养场地,同时对空调房和传统大棚内培养的菌棒开展不催芽、催芽3 d、催芽5 d的试验。综合分析不同设施条件和催芽方式对黑木耳生长发育的影响,旨在为黑木耳精准化栽培提供技术支撑。试验结果表明,在不同设施条件下,空调房中菌丝生长较好,产量较高;传统大棚和连栋大棚效果较差。不同设施条件中均是不催芽处理组出耳较好,整体表现为空调房优于传统大棚。说明黑木耳菌棒培养期间,最适场地为空调房或传统大棚;在适宜的天气条件下,可以采用不催芽(直接排田)的方式出耳,在天气干燥炎热,阳光暴晒的条件下,应在适宜条件下先催芽再排田。The multi-span greenhouse,air-conditioning room and traditional greenhouse were used as mycelium culture sites.At the same time,the experiments of non-inducement,inducement for 3 days and inducement for 5 days were carried out on the artificial bed-log cultured in the air-conditioning room and traditional greenhouse.The effects of different facility conditions and inducement methods on the growth and development of Auricularia heimuer were analyzed to provide technical support for the precise cultivation.The results showed that under different facilities conditions,the mycelial growth in the air-conditioning room was better and the yield was higher,and the effect of traditional greenhouses and multi-span greenhouses is poor.The treatment groups of non-inducement were better under different facility conditions.The overall performance of air-conditioning room is better than the traditional greenhouse.It shows that during the cultivation of A.heimuer,the optimum site is the air conditioning room or traditional greenhouse.Under suitable weather conditions,it can be used without inducement for fruiting.In the weather of dry and hot,it should be under suitable conditions for inducement and then lay out in the field.
