摘 要:本文以菠萝蛋白酶为模板,水合联氨为还原剂,采用水热法合成了一种能发射橙色荧光的菠萝蛋白酶铜纳米簇(Bro-CuNCs),该Bro-CuNCs的最大激发和发射波长分别为325 nm和585 nm,基于Bro-CuNCs和叶酸之间的内滤效应(IFE),叶酸可导致Bro-CuNCs的荧光发生猝灭。在最佳实验条件下,叶酸在5.0×10^(-8)~2.0×10^(-6) mol·L^(-1)的浓度范围内与荧光猝灭度ΔF/F_(0)呈线性关系,回归方程为ΔF/F 0=1.56c(0.1μM)+0.046,相关系数r=0.9980,检出限为1.85×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1),加标回收率介于98.3%~103.6%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%~4.0%,说明该方法准确度好,精密度高。Bromelain copper nanoclusters(Bro-CuNCs)with emitting orange fluorescence were synthesized by a hydrothermal method using bromelain as a template and hydrazine hydrate as a reducing agent in this work.The Bro-CuNCs have a strong symmetric emission at 585 nm with a maximum excitation at 325 nm.Folic acid can lead to the fluorescence quenching of Bro-CuNCs,based on the inner filter effect(IFE)between Bro-CuNCs and folic acid.Under the optimal experimental conditions,folic acid showed a linear relationship with the fluorescence quenching degreeΔF/F_(0 )in the concentration range of 5.0×10^(-8)~2.0×10^(-6) mol·L^(-1).The regression equation wasΔF/F 0=1.56c(0.1μM)+0.046,r=0.9980.The detection limit was 1.85×10^(-8) mol·L^(-1),the recovery was between 98.3%and 103.6%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.2%~4.0%,indicating that the method had good accuracy and high precision.
