胶束增敏荧光法测定盐酸二氟沙星的含量

摘　　要：基于十六烷基三甲基溴化铵可明显增强盐酸二氟沙星的荧光强度,建立了胶束增敏荧光法测定盐酸二氟沙星含量的方法。结果表明盐酸二氟沙星浓度在2~10000 ng·mL^(-1) 范围内,荧光强度与药物的浓度成线性关系,线性方程为 F =0.85C+313.29,相关系数 R =0.9920,检出限为0.074 ng·mL^(-1) ,回收率在96.10%~109.40%之间。该方法灵敏度高、操作简便、准确度高,用于盐酸二氟沙星注射液含量和肉类食品中盐酸二氟沙星残留的测定,所得结果可靠。A new method for the determination of difloxacin hydrochloride by micellar sensitization fluorescence was established based on the fact that cetyltrimethylammonium bromide could significantly enhance the fluorescence intensity of difloxacin hydrochloride.The results showed that the fluorescence intensity had a linear relationship with the concentration of difloxacin hydrochloride in the range of 2~10000ng·mL^(-1).The linear equation was F=0.85 C+313.29,the correlation coefficient R=0.9920,the detection limit was 0.074ng·mL^(-1),and the recoveries were 96.10%~109.40%.The new method is sensitive,simple and accurate,with results are reliable for the determination of difloxacin hydrochloride injection and difloxacin hydrochloride residue in meat.
