摘  要:对硫黄制酸装置设计及运行中的关键环节进行了详细地分析。根据每个部位热能的温位不同设计不同的热回收方案,转化器的一段出口设置高温过热器、四段出口设置中温过热器、五段出口设置低温过热器和省煤器;高温吸收塔的出气预热采用Ⅲ—Ⅱ换热流程;干吸工序采用干燥塔与二吸塔共槽但不共泵和浓硫酸冷却器的工艺,空气风机为塔后风机。针对进转化器烟气的二氧化硫浓度选取,催化剂升温、系统热利用和平面布置的设计优化,精制酸、尾气吸收和循环水站设计等方面,对发烟硫酸蒸发法生产分析纯硫酸的生产工艺进行了优化,为同类装置提供了较好的借鉴。The key links in the design and operation of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant are analyzed in detail. Different heat recovery schemes are designed according to different temperature levels of heat energy in each part. High temperature superheater is set at the outlet of the first section of the converter, medium temperature superheater is set at the outlet of the fourth section, and low temperature superheater and economizer are set at the outlet of the fifth section. Ⅲ-Ⅱ heat exchange process is adopted for the outlet preheating of high-temperature absorption tower. In the drying and absorption process, the drying tower and the secondary absorption tower share the same tank, but not the same pump and concentrated sulphuric acid cooler, and the air fan is behind the tower. In view of the selection of sulfur dioxide concentration in the flue gas of the inlet converter, the design optimization of catalyst temperature rise,system heat utilization and plane layout, the design of refined acid, tail gas absorption and circulating water station, the production process of analytical pure sulphuric acid produced by the fuming sulphuric acid evaporation method is optimized, which provides a good reference for similar devices.
