摘　　要：介绍了新型电石渣烟气脱硫系统的工艺流程、技术特点和实际应用情况。通过在脱硫塔内设置隔板,将脱硫塔分为二氧化硫吸收区和亚硫酸钙氧化区,以电石渣配制的浆液作为脱硫剂,同时引入废硫酸中和浆液中多余的氢氧化钙,通过控制电石浆的加入量,提高了烟气SO_(2)的脱除率和脱硫产物硫酸钙的纯度,实现了对废气、废液、废渣的综合处理与利用。The process flow,technical characteristics and practical application of a new calcium carbide slag flue gas desulfurization system are introduced.The desulfurization tower is divided into sulfur dioxide absorption area and calcium sulfite oxidation area by setting a partition in the desulfurization tower.The slurry prepared from calcium carbide slag is used as the desulfurization agent.At the same time,waste sulphuric acid is introduced to neutralize the excess calcium hydroxide in the slurry.By controlling the addition amount of carbide slurry,the removal rate of flue gas SO_(2) and the purity of the desulfurization product calcium sulfate are improved,and the comprehensive treatment and utilization of waste gas,waste liquid and waste residue are realized.
