摘　　要：介绍了国内某有色冶炼企业烟气收尘系统溢流螺旋输送机在运行过程中存在的问题及改进情况。新型两级密封溢流螺旋输送机采用两级密封,优化了粉料输送结构,同时设置输灰管道测温报警系统预防收尘器灰斗堵塞,解决了一级密封溢流螺旋输送机容易产生烟尘泄漏和堵塞的问题,改善了生产现场环境,提高了设备的使用寿命,降低了设备维护频率,延长了生产系统的稳定运行时间,同时降低了操作人员的劳动强度。为同类型企业在超细粉状物料泄漏问题的处理方面提供借鉴。The problems and improvement of the overflow screw conveyor in the flue gas dust collection system of a domestic nonferrous smelting enterprise are introduced.The new two-stage sealed overflow screw conveyor adopts two-stage sealing,optimizes the powder conveying structure,and the temperature measurement alarm system of the ash conveying pipeline is set to prevent the ash bucket of the dust collector from being blocked at the same time,which solves the problem that the primary sealing overflow screw conveyor is prone to smoke leakage and blockage,improves the production site environment,increases the service life of the equipment,reduces the equipment maintenance frequency,extends the stable operation time of the production system,and reduces the labor intensity of operators.It provides reference for similar enterprises in dealing with the leakage of ultra-fine powder materials.
