摘　　要：突发公共卫生事件严重影响民众的生活和健康、社会稳定和经济发展,对卫生系统的应急处置能力提出严峻考验。临床实验室检验是对患者进行救治时首检的关键。该文从突发公共卫生事件对临床诊治的需求出发,对临床实验室应用干化学法在检验项目的完备性、检验结果的准确性、检验工作的时效性、检验设备的移动性和实验室的生物安全性这五方面优势进行讨论,为临床实验室提高突发公共卫生事件的应急处置能力提供科学决策依据。Public health emergencies pose threats to people′s health and lives,social stability,and economic development,and present a challenge to the response capacity of the healthcare system.The clinical laboratory tests are the key to the first test when treating patients.Based on the needs of public health emergencies for clinical diagnosis and treatment,this paper discusses the advantages of using dry chemistry in clinical laboratories in terms of the completeness of test items,the accuracy of test results,the timeliness of test work,the mobility of test equipment,and the biological safety of the laboratory,so as to provide scientific decision-making basis for clinical laboratories to improve the emergency response capacity of public health emergencies.
