摘  要:[目的]探究10个翅荚木优良家系的生长及光合特性差异,为闽西地区翅荚木优良家系的选择提供依据。[方法]以10个来源于广西平果林场的翅荚木优良家系种子为试材,测定2年生实生苗的生长指标及叶绿素荧光参数,并运用SPSS软件进行多重比较和相关性分析。[结果](1)PG-31家系苗高、地径均最大,且与其他家系间差异极显著;(2)PG-31、PG-13和PG-48家系F_(v)/F_(o)及F_(v)/F_(m)值均较大,且与其他家系之间差异显著;(3)苗高、地径分别与F_(v)/F_(o)、F_(v)/F_(m)呈正相关,且F_(v)/F_(o)与F_(v)/F_(m)呈极显著正相关,相关系数达0.983,说明参试翅荚木生长表现与PSⅡ光化学功能之间存在一定相关性。[结论]PG-31、PG-13和PG-48家系F_(v)/F_(m)和F_(v)/F_(o)较高,且生长情况明显优于其他家系,可在闽西地区推广栽培。[Purpose]The differences in growth and photosynthetic characteristics among 10 superior families of Zenia insignis Chun were investigated in order to provide a basis for the selection of superior families of Z.insignis in Western Fujian.[Method]The seeds of ten superior families of Z.insignis from Pingguo Forestry Station in Guangxi were used as test materials to determine the growth indexes and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of 2-year-old seedlings,and multiple comparisons and correlation analyses were performed using SPSS software.[Result](1)PG-31,with highest values in height and ground diameter,showed highly significant differences from the other superior families of Z.insignis.(2)The F_(v)/F_(o) and F_(v)/F_(m) values among the seedlings of the 10 superior families of Z.insignis tested were greater in the PG-31,PG-13 and PG-48 families and were significantly different from those of the other families.(3)Seedling height and ground diameter were positively correlated with F_(v)/F_(o) and F_(v)/F_(m),and F_(v)/F_(o) was highly significantly positively correlated with F_(v)/F_(m) with a correlation coefficient of 0.983,indicating that there was a correlation between their growth performance and the photochemical function of PSⅡ.[Conclusion]PG-31,PG-13,and PG-48 families have higher F_(v)/F_(m) and F_(v)/F_(o) values and significantly better growth performance than the other families,which is suitable for cultivation in Western Fujian.
