摘 要:以不同密度聚氨酯泡沫为研究对象,采用同步热分析(STA)和气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS),分析了聚氨酯泡沫塑料热解产物对汽油鉴定干扰性的影响。试验表明,聚氨酯泡沫塑料热解过程可分为两个阶段,80 kg/m^(3)聚氨酯泡沫塑料第一阶段热解初始温度略低,质量损失率略大。聚氨酯泡沫塑料燃烧残留物中可检测到芳香烃、稠环芳烃和茚满类特征组分,但40kg/m3聚氨酯泡沫塑料燃烧残留物检出的相似特征组分数量明显较多,因此,40 kg/m^(3)聚氨酯泡沫塑料对汽油鉴定的干扰性高于80 mg/m^(3)。In this paper,the pyrolysis characteristics of polyure-thane foams with different densities and their influence on gaso-line identification were analyzed by simultaneous thermal analy-sis(STA)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Experiments result indicated that there are two main weight loss processes during the thermal decomposition of polyurethane foams.In the first stage,the initial pyrolysis temperature of 80 kg/m^(3) polyurethane foam is slightly lower and the mass loss rate is slightly larger.The target characteristic components of aro-matic hydrocarbons,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and In-dane gasoline can be detected in the combustion residue of poly-urethane foam,but the number of characteristic components de-tected in the combustion residue of 40 kg/m^(3) polyurethane foam is obviously higher,so the 40 kg/m^(3) The research results pro-vide some data support for the identification of flammable liq-uids.density polyurethane foam has stronger interference than 80 kg/m^(3) in gasoline identification.
