摘　　要：传统的医学研究主要侧重于某种或多种组合药物的治疗效果,但没有涉及根据患者的病情、病史和经济等因素以及药物不良反应等因素生成适合患者的较优治疗方案。引入可拓创新方法根据医生制定疾病治疗方案的思维过程,设计出可拓疾病治疗方案生成系统的框架流程。此外,以强直性脊柱炎疾病为例,利用Web前端开发技术,使用MVC开发模式实现治疗方案的生成,为计算机模拟人类思维智能生成疾病治疗方案进行算法研究奠定了基础。Traditional medical research mainly focuses on the therapeutic effect of one or more combinations of drugs but does not involve the generation of optimal treatment regime suitable for patients according to the patient’s condition,medical his⁃tory,economic factors,adverse drug reactions and other factors.This paper introduces extension innovative method and designs the framework of extension disease treatment regime generation system according to the thinking process of doctors making disease treatment regime.In addition,this paper takes ankylosing spondylitis disease as an example,uses Web front-end development tech⁃nology and MVC development mode to realize the generation of disease treatment regime,laying a foundation for computer simula⁃tion of human thinking intelligent generation of disease treatment regime algorithm research.
