摘 要:针对常规修井液体系存在的不足,结合平湖气田储层渗透性漏失的特点,研制了一套以改变流动介质流态为主的新型高温低渗气藏修井液体系,并对其性能进行了系统评价。结果表明,该修井液体系具有较好的可泵性、耐温性、热稳定性和抗压漏失性,且腐蚀性小、与地层水配伍性好,具有较好的储层保护性;该修井液体系先后在平湖气田、天外天气田、东方1-1气田的修井作业中成功应用,取得了良好的现场应用效果,推广应用前景广阔。Aiming at the shortcomings of conventional workover fluid system,and combining with the characteristics of reservoir permeability leakage in Pinghu Gas Field,we developed a novel workover fluid system for high temperature and low permeability gas reservoir,and evaluated its performance systematically.The results show that the workover fluid system has good pumpability,high temperature resistance,thermal stability,pressure leakage resistance,low corrosion,good compatibility with formation water,and good reservoir protection.This workover fluid system has been successfully applied in the workover operations of Pinghu Gas Field,Tianwaitian Gas Field,and Dongfang 1-1 Gas Field.The good effect can be achieved in field application,and the application prospect is broad.
