摘 要:以某厂方坯结晶器的电磁搅拌器为研究对象,通过建立三维数学模型并利用有限元软件对整个结晶器电磁搅拌过程中电磁场的分布规律和电流强度及电流频率等参数进行了数值模拟。研究结果表明:结晶器铜管对电磁场有很强的屏蔽作用;电流频率直接影响磁感应强度的分布,随电流频率的增大,结晶器内径向电磁力强度呈先增后减变化规律,当频率为2.0 Hz时,电磁力强度达到最大;而磁感应强度的分布与电流强度无关,分布趋势均为横向波动较大且有多个波峰出现,波峰最大位置均距钢管内壁约15 mm处。在不同的电流强度下,结晶器内磁感应强度的分布基本相似且强度大小随电流强度的增大而增大。Taking the electromagnetic stirrer of billet mold in a certain factory as the research object,the three-dimensional mathematical model and the finite element software were used to simulate the electromagnetic field distribution and the optimization of current intensity and current frequency.The results show that the copper tubes in the mold have a strong shielding effect on the electromagnetic field,and the current frequency directly affects the distribution of the magnetic induction,with the increase of the current frequency,the radial electromagnetic force in the mold increases at first and then decreases,reaching its maximum at a frequency of 2.0 Hz,while the distribution of the magnetic induction is independent of the current intensity,the distribution trend is that the transverse fluctuation is large and several wave crests appear.The maximum position of wave crests is about 15 mm away from the inner wall of steel pipe.At different current intensities,the distribution of magnetic induction in the mold is similar and the strength increases with the increase of current intensity.
