摘　　要：随着社会的高度发展,我国科学技术水平逐渐提高,并在各个领域得到了广泛的应用,汽车制造业也不例外。为了做大、做专、做强,汽车行业合并、重组实现了资源共享。资产评估,尤其是模具资产评估,对生产适用性及使用寿命及改造方案和资金有着重要的指导意义。介绍了冷冲压模具风险评估及应对方案。With the high development of society, the level of science and technology in China has gradually improved, and has been widely used in various fields, including the automobile manufacturing industry. In order to become bigger, more specialized and stronger, the automotive industry has merged and reorganized to achieve resource sharing. Asset evaluation, especially mold asset evaluation, has important guiding significance for production applicability, service life, transformation plan and capital. This paper introduces on the cold stamping die risk assessment and countermeasures.
