摘　　要：根据油箱前板的结构特点,分析了存在的问题,提出了油箱前板一次成形技术方案。通过计算获得零部件的关键尺寸,设计出了成形模具,得到成形模的三维模型,通过计算得出最佳的下料尺寸,通过设计出模具实验,成形效果良好,能实现一次成形的目的,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。According to the structural characteristics of the front plate of the fuel tank,the existing problems are analyzed,and the technical scheme of one-time forming of the front plate of the fuel tank is proposed. The key dimensions of the parts are obtained through calculation,the forming die is designed,and the three-dimensional model of the forming die is obtained.The optimal blanking size is obtained through calculation. Through the die experiment,the forming effect is good,which can achieve the purpose of one-time forming,improve the production efficiency,and reduce the production cost.
