摘  要:弹性垫圈在航空发动机燃油泵工作中要求起到可靠的弹性支撑作用,对毛坯展开尺寸控制及外观质量要求较高。从弹性垫圈结构特点及冲压工艺性入手,结合生产需求,在保证各项设计指标的同时提出了工序集中优化的工艺方案。制定了合理的冲压工艺并设计了冲裁弯曲复合模,分析了曲面凸模冲裁的弊病及解决措施。生产实践表明,优化后的工艺解决了制件表面压伤的问题,外观质量显著提升,符合航空产品的外观质量要求,加工效率提升了两倍以上。Elastic washer is required to play a reliable elastic support role in the work of aeroengine fuel pump, and has high requirements for dimensional control and appearance quality between processes. Starting from the structural characteristics and stamping processability of elastic washers, combined with the production requirements, a process plan for centralized optimization of processes is proposed while ensuring various design indexes. The reasonable stamping process is established and the blanking bending compound die is designed. The disadvantages of the surface punch blanking and the improvement measures are analyzed. The production practice shows that the optimized process has solved the problem of surface crushing of parts, significantly improved the appearance quality, and met the appearance quality requirements of aviation products, the processing efficiency has been more than doubled.
