基于Creo6.0模具体积块的电话机下盖注射模设计

摘　　要：针对电话机下盖参考模型光滑底表面止口边线的自相交延伸曲面,根据形成的底表面几何结构,运用Creo6.0软件模具体积块方法,设计与参考模型底表面完全吻合的体积块曲面,添加参考模型相关几何结构和各破孔的体积块分型面,形成参考模型的模具分型体积块,变换体积块的“多凸台”形状曲面,直接完成参考模型一模两腔模具分型体积块的设计,再创建参考模型的镶件、BOSS柱与倒扣的分型体积块,由此完成参考模型的模具设计,展示Creo6.0软件模具体积块的设计理念,为复杂模具设计提供一种实用方法。Aiming at the lip edges’ self-intersect extend surfaces of the smooth bottom surface of the telephone lower cover reference model, according to the formed bottom surface geometric construction, using Creo6.0 software mold volume methods, and the volume surface completely matched with the bottom surface of the reference model is designed, and the volume parting surfaces of the reference model related geometrical structures and the broken holes are added,and the mold parting volume of the reference model is formed, and the "bosses" shape surface of the volume is transformed, and the design of the two-cavity mold parting volume is completed directly, and the mold parting volume of the inserts, the BOSS columns and the undercuts of the reference model are created again, thus the mold design of the reference model is finished, that displays the design idea of Creo6.0 software mold volume, and provides a practical method for complex mold design.
