摘  要:随着3D打印技术的发展,3D打印工艺设备日趋成熟,打印材料成本的降低,使得3D打印技术走进了各行各业,特别是金属打印技术让轻量化设计和优化结构设计易于实现,推动了航空航天领域的快速发展。同时,金属打印技术在精密模具制造中的应用也非常广泛,实现了模具随形水路加工的难题,缩短了注射成型过程的冷却时间,降低了模具成本,解决了一些小型产品的模具冷却难题。介绍了金属打印技术在电子雾化器模具中的应用案例,希望可以对同类型产品的模具制造提供有效的参考。With the development of 3D printing technology, 3D printing process equipment is becoming more and more mature, and the reduction of printing material cost, make 3D printing technology into all walks of life, especially metal printing technology makes it easy to realize lightweight design and optimized structure design, and promote the rapid development of aerospace field. At the same time, the application of metal printing technology in precision mold production is also very wide, which realizes the problem of mold processing along with the shape,improves the cooling time of injection process, reduces the cost of mold, and solves the problem of mold cooling for some small products. This paper introduces the application case of metal printing technology in the mold of electronic atomizer, it is hoped to provide effective reference for the mold making of the same type of products.
