摘  要:为了符合绿色化学的要求,解决α-蒎烯环氧化需要加入引发剂等一系列问题,采用价格低廉的累托石为原料,通过超声、高温晶化的方法,制备得到负载型Rec(累托石)-Co_(3)O_(4)-SnO_(2)催化剂,通过XRD、SEM、TEM和XPS等方法对Rec-Co_(3)O_(4)-SnO_(2)进行表征,结果发现累托石成功负载Co_(3)O_(4)和SnO_(2),并将该催化剂应用于α-蒎烯的催化环氧化反应,考察了不同载体、反应温度和反应时间对α-蒎烯环氧化的影响。结果表明:对于3 mmolα-蒎烯,10 mg催化剂就可以将α-蒎烯环氧化,α-蒎烯的转化率能够达到97%,环氧蒎烷的选择性达到87%,其催化性能明显优于其他载体,并且经历5次循环之后,催化剂的催化性能依旧良好,该催化剂为环氧化反应提供有力依据。In order to meet the requirements of green chemistry and solve a series of problems such as the addition of initiators for epoxidation ofα-pinene,Rec-Co_(3)O_(4)-SnO_(2)was prepared with cheap rectorite as raw material by ultrasonic and high temperature crystallization methods.Rec-Co_(3)O_(4)-SnO_(2)was characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and XPS.It was found that the rectorite was successfully loaded with Co_(3)O_(4)and SnO_(2),and the catalyst was applied to the catalytic epoxidation ofα-pinene.The effects of different supports,reaction temperature and reaction time on the epoxidation ofα-pinene were investigated.The results show that for 3 mmolα-pinene,10 mg of catalyst can epoxidizeα-pinene,and the conversion rate ofα-pinene reach 97%.The selectivity of pinane oxide reaches 87%,and its catalytic performance is significantly better than that of other supports.After 5 cycles,the catalytic performance of the catalyst is still good,which provides a strong basis for the epoxidation reaction.
